• Robustly engineered machine main frame: expertly welded, meticulously sand blasted, and elegantly powder coated for durability and aesthetic appeal.•
• The initial workstation features a wide abrasive belt head designed to efficiently sand down or remove larger burrs. It also excels in achieving exquisite surface finishes like the No.4 finish. Equipped with a servo lifting mechanism, it guarantees precision in height (thickness) adjustment.
• The innovative planetary abrasive barrel station includes four abrasive barrels to seamlessly cover the entire working width. Each pair of adjacent barrels rotates in opposite directions, ensuring consistent and even contact and pressure across all edges, corners, and holes for a flawless finish.
• A full working width vacuum conveyor is integrated, enabling the processing of small workpieces, starting from 60x60mm (solid surface area). Essential rollers are expertly balanced and equipped with high rotational speed rated bearings.
• The unique design of the planetary abrasive barrel station primarily targets edges, corners, and holes, applying minimal pressure to flat surfaces. This allows sheets with protective nylon film to be processed effortlessly (using the planetary abrasive barrel station only).
• Capable of processing delicately profiled parts, depending on the shape, form height, and sizes, using the planetary abrasive barrel station exclusively.
• Extended longevity of consumables, resulting in less frequent replacements and cost savings.
