Each barrel independently spins while the entire head rotates, enabling comprehensive deburring on all edges and even within deeply situated holes on plates. This is achieved through high-speed centrifugal grinding, scraping, cutting, and filing.
Designed to flawlessly remove burrs on both interior and exterior contours, the SGP1300 ensures that the precise dimensions of your plates are preserved. Our unique soft abrasive filaments are specially crafted to address burr characteristics, offering exceptional performance even on non-flat plates.
With variable speed control for the abrasive cylinder, entire deburring assembly, and conveyor - all governed by inverters - the SGP1300 guarantees consistent, even deburring every time.
