• The first workstation features a wide abrasive belt head designed to effectively sand down larger burrs. It effortlessly delivers surface finishes like No.4 finishing, enhanced by a servo lifting system to guarantee precise height (thickness) adjustment.
• Innovative Planetary Abrasive Barrel Station: Comprising four abrasive barrels to span the entire working width. Each pair of adjacent barrels rotates in opposite directions to ensure consistent and even contact on all edges, corners, and holes.
• Full-width vacuum conveyor system accommodates processing of small workpieces, starting from 60x60mm (solid surface area). Essential rollers are perfectly balanced with high rotational speed-rated bearings.
• The Planetary Abrasive Barrel Station primarily addresses edges, corners, and holes, applying minimal pressure on 'flat surfaces'. This allows processing of sheets with protective vinyl film (using only the planetary abrasive barrel station).
• Efficiently capable of processing minor profiled parts depending on shape, form height, and sizes using only the planetary abrasive barrel station.
