• Initial work station equipped with a wide abrasive belt head, designed to expertly sand away larger burrs. This station also performs surface finishing, such as No.4 finishing. A servo lifting mechanism ensures precise height (thickness) adjustments for unparalleled accuracy.
• State-of-the-art planetary abrasive barrel station featuring four abrasive barrels encompassing the full working width. Each pair of adjacent barrels rotates in opposing directions, guaranteeing uniform and consistent contact and pressure on all edges, corners, and holes.
• Comprehensive full-width vacuum conveyor enables seamless processing of small workpieces, 60x60mm and above (solid surface area). Crucial rollers are expertly balanced and equipped with high rotational speed-rated bearings for optimal performance.
• The innovative design of the planetary abrasive barrel station targets edges, corners, and holes effectively while applying minimal pressure to 'flat surfaces'. This allows for processing sheets with nylon film (using the planetary abrasive barrel station exclusively).
