The innovative design features an initial station that utilizes wide belt grinding technology to efficiently remove substantial burrs. Following this, the second station is equipped with eight meticulously crafted abrasive barrels, ensuring a comprehensive and thorough deburring process.
Ingeniously designed, each barrel spins on its own axis while the entire head rotates simultaneously. This allows the machine to perform deburring on every edge and delves deeply into holes on plates through the high-speed centrifugal actions of grinding, scraping, cutting, and filing with abrasive media.
Burrs from both interior and exterior contours are effortlessly eliminated, all while maintaining the plate's precise dimensions. Our machine features uniquely designed soft abrasive filaments that adapt to the specific characteristics of burrs. Consequently, it minimizes impact on the surface of parts, excelling even with non-flat plates.
The machine offers variable speed settings for the abrasive cylinder, complete deburring assembly, and conveyor to ensure consistent deburring results, all controlled seamlessly by advanced inverters.
As a dry-type operation machine, it is imperative to operate it alongside a dust collector to maintain a clean and efficient working environment.
