The SGP1300 is a state-of-the-art wide belt grinding and planetary type deburring machine, meticulously engineered for the fabrication industry, specializing in the refinement of flat plates and milling components.
The first station is powered with a robust wide belt grinding mechanism designed to efficiently remove significant burrs. Following this, the second station showcases a sophisticated configuration of eight abrasive barrels mounted on the head.
Each barrel spins autonomously while the entire head rotates, ensuring comprehensive deburring on all edges and within deep holes on the plates. This is achieved through the dynamic interplay of high-speed centrifugal grinding, scraping, cutting, and filing with abrasive media.
Burrs on both interior and exterior contours are expertly removed while maintaining the precise dimensions of the plate. Equipped with our uniquely designed soft abrasive filaments, the machine offers minimal surface impact and outstanding performance on non-flat plates.
The speed parameters for the abrasive cylinder, deburring assembly, and conveyor are adjustable through inverter controls. This ensures uniform deburring across various components.
Operated as a dry type machine, the SGP1300 is designed to function optimally with a dust collector, maintaining a clean working environment.
