• The first work station features a wide abrasive belt head designed to sand down/off larger burrs, while also providing exceptional surface finishing, such as No.4 finishing. Equipped with servo lifting for precise height (thickness) adjustment, ensuring perfection every time.
• The planetary abrasive barrel station showcases a total of four abrasive barrels to cover the entire working width. Each pair of adjacent barrels rotates in opposite directions, guaranteeing consistent and even touch/pressure to all edges, corners, and holes.
• A full working width vacuum conveyor empowers the processing of small workpieces, 60x60mm and up (solid surface area). Essential rollers are meticulously balanced, while high rotational speed-rated bearings are equipped for top-quality performance.
• The design of the planetary abrasive barrel station strategically targets edges, corners, and holes with minimal touch/pressure applied to the flat surface. This allows sheets with vinyl film to be processed smoothly (using the planetary abrasive barrel station exclusively).
• Capable of efficiently processing minor profiled parts, depending on their shape, form height, and sizes, using the planetary abrasive barrel station only.
