Our machine's first station features an advanced wide belt grinding mechanism designed to efficiently eliminate large burrs, while the second station boasts eight strategically positioned abrasive barrels on the head.
Ingeniously designed, each barrel spins independently while the entire head rotates, achieving comprehensive deburring on all edges. It reaches into the depths of holes on plates using high-speed centrifugal grinding, coupled with scraping, cutting, and filing actions for flawless results.
Meticulously engineered, the SGP1300 removes burrs from both interior and exterior contours, preserving the precise dimensions of the plates. Employing our uniquely designed soft abrasive filaments, it minimizes surface impact on parts and delivers exceptional performance on non-flat plates.
The machine's operation is highly customizable, thanks to variable speeds for the abrasive cylinder, deburring assembly, and conveyor, all controlled by inverters for uniform deburring.
