SGP1300 DEBURRING, EDGE ROUNDING, AND SURFACE FINISHING MACHINE FOR LASER CUTTING PARTS
The SGP1300 is an advanced wide belt grinding and planet-type deburring machine, expertly crafted for use in the fabrication industry. Ideal for processing flat plates and milling parts, this machine ensures precision and efficiency in deburring.
The machine's first station employs a wide belt grinding mechanism specifically designed for the effective removal of large burrs. The second station features eight strategically positioned abrasive barrels on the head for comprehensive deburring.
Ingeniously engineered, each abrasive barrel spins independently while the entire head rotates. This allows for thorough deburring on all edges and within holes of the plate, utilizing high-speed centrifugal grinding, scraping, cutting, and filing actions for impeccable results.
Capable of removing burrs from both interior and exterior contours, the SGP1300 maintains the precise dimensions of the plate. It is uniquely fitted with soft abrasive filaments designed to adapt to the characteristics of the burrs. This innovative approach minimizes surface impact and excels in handling non-flat plates with exceptional performance.
With variable speeds for the abrasive cylinder, deburring assembly, and conveyor, the SGP1300 ensures uniform deburring, all meticulously controlled by inverters to meet diverse operational needs.
Operating as a dry-type machine, the SGP1300 should be paired with a dust collector, offering a clean and efficient working environment.
