SGP1300 DEBURRING, EDGE ROUNDING, AND SURFACE FINISHING MACHINE FOR LASER CUTTING PARTS
The SGP1300 stands out as a versatile wide belt grinding and planet-type deburring machine, expertly crafted for the fabrication industry. It excels in processing flat plates and milling parts with precision and efficiency.
The innovative first station utilizes wide belt grinding technology to effectively tackle and remove large burrs. The second station boasts an advanced setup with eight abrasive barrels mounted on the head for superior finishing.
With a dual-motion design, each barrel spins individually while the head rotates, allowing for comprehensive deburring on all edges-even reaching deep into holes on plates. This is achieved through rapid centrifugal grinding, scraping, cutting, and filing with abrasive media.
Whether dealing with interior or exterior contours, all burrs are meticulously eliminated while preserving precise plate dimensions. Our machine incorporates specialized soft abrasive filaments, uniquely designed to combat burr characteristics, ensuring minimal surface impact and exceptional performance on non-flat plates.
Achieve uniform deburring with variable speed control across the abrasive cylinder, deburring assembly, and conveyor, all managed by advanced inverters for optimal results.
Operating as a dry type machine, it requires integration with a dust collector to ensure a clean and efficient environment.
