With a dual-motion design, each barrel spins individually while the head rotates, allowing for comprehensive deburring on all edges-even reaching deep into holes on plates. This is achieved through rapid centrifugal grinding, scraping, cutting, and filing with abrasive media.
Whether dealing with interior or exterior contours, all burrs are meticulously eliminated while preserving precise plate dimensions. Our machine incorporates specialized soft abrasive filaments, uniquely designed to combat burr characteristics, ensuring minimal surface impact and exceptional performance on non-flat plates.
