• Advanced Planetary Abrasive Barrel Station: Equipped with four abrasive barrels, this system covers the entire working width, where each pair rotates in opposite directions. This design guarantees consistent and even contact/pressure on all edges, corners, and holes.
• Comprehensive full-width vacuum conveyor system enables the processing of small workpieces starting from 60x60mm (solid surface area). Key rollers are meticulously balanced, and high-speed bearings ensure optimal performance.
• The planetary abrasive barrel station is engineered for targeted work on edges, corners, and holes, applying minimal pressure on flat surfaces. This allows for sheets with a nylon film to be processed using the planetary abrasive barrel station exclusively.
