Our first station employs a sophisticated wide belt grinding system, meticulously designed for the removal of large burrs. The second station showcases eight advanced abrasive barrels on the head, elevating the deburring process to new heights.
Ingeniously designed, each barrel spins on its axis while the entire head rotates, enabling comprehensive deburring. It artfully tackles all edges, even reaching into the depths of holes on plates with high-speed centrifugal grinding, scraping, cutting, and filing.
Skillfully crafted to maintain precise dimensions, both interior and exterior burrs are efficiently removed. Our innovative machine employs uniquely designed soft abrasive filaments, minimizing surface impact while delivering exceptional results on non-flat plates.
Experience seamless deburring with variable speed controls for the abrasive cylinder, entire deburring assembly, and conveyor, all managed by inverters for consistent and even results.
As a dry-type operation machine, it is designed to work synergistically with a dust collector, ensuring a clean and efficient workspace.
