The initial station boasts a robust wide belt grinding mechanism, expertly engineered for the efficient removal of large burrs. Following this, the second station features a sophisticated setup of eight abrasive barrels mounted on the head, enhancing functionality.
These barrels are ingeniously designed to spin independently while the entire head rotates, offering comprehensive deburring capabilities. This combination allows for meticulous deburring along all edges and within deep holes on plates, utilizing high-speed centrifugal grinding, scraping, cutting, and filing actions.
The SGP1300 ensures complete removal of burrs from both interior and exterior contours while preserving the precise dimensions of each plate. Featuring our proprietary soft abrasive filaments, this machine delicately balances effectiveness with minimal surface impact, delivering outstanding performance on non-flat plates.
