The SGP1300 is an advanced wide belt grinding and planet-type deburring machine, expertly crafted for the fabrication industry. It's designed to handle flat plates and milling parts with unrivaled precision, ensuring unparalleled efficiency in your manufacturing process.
The first station employs a wide belt grinding mechanism to effectively eradicate large burrs. Following this, the second station features an innovative setup with eight abrasive barrels on the head, providing thorough deburring.
Each barrel rotates independently while the entire head spins, allowing for comprehensive deburring on all edges and even within intricate plate holes. Utilizing high-speed centrifugal grinding, scraping, cutting, and filing, the machine achieves exceptional results.
Burrs on both interior and exterior contours are meticulously removed, preserving the precise dimensions of the plate. Our uniquely designed soft abrasive filaments gently address burrs, minimizing impact on surface finish and excelling even on non-flat plates.
The speed of the abrasive cylinders, entire deburring assembly, and conveyor can be precisely adjusted via inverters, guaranteeing consistent and even deburring results.
This machine operates as a dry type, and it's recommended to pair it with a dust collector to maintain an optimal working environment.
