Our advanced machine features a first station with wide belt grinding to effortlessly remove large burrs. The innovative second station boasts eight abrasive barrels meticulously positioned on the head, delivering superior performance.
Each barrel spins independently while the entire head rotates, allowing for comprehensive deburring on all edges and deep within plate holes. This is accomplished through high-speed centrifugal grinding, scraping, cutting, and filing, leveraging the power of abrasive media.
Both interior and exterior contours are flawlessly deburred while maintaining precise dimensions. Thanks to our specially designed soft abrasive filaments, this machine minimizes impact on the surface, providing exceptional results even on non-flat plates.
With variable speeds for the abrasive cylinder, the entire deburring assembly, and the conveyor, this machine ensures consistent and even deburring. All operations are seamlessly controlled by advanced inverters.
As a dry-type operation machine, the SGP1300 must be paired with a dust collector to maintain optimal performance and cleanliness.
