Introducing the SGP1300, a state-of-the-art wide belt grinding and planet type deburring machine. Engineered specifically for the fabrication industry, it excels at processing flat plates and intricate milling parts, ensuring precision and efficiency.
The first processing station employs a sophisticated wide belt grinding technique, expertly designed for the removal of large burrs. The second station is ingeniously equipped with eight dynamic abrasive barrels, enhancing its deburring capabilities.
Each barrel spins independently while the entire head rotates simultaneously. This ingenious design allows for comprehensive deburring across all edges and within deep holes on plates, utilizing high-speed centrifugal grinding, scraping, cutting, and filing with unmatched precision.
Our innovative machine can meticulously remove burrs from both interior and exterior contours while preserving precise dimensions on the plate. Featuring our proprietary soft abrasive filaments, this machine minimizes surface impact and performs exceptionally well even on non-flat surfaces.
The SGP1300 features variable speed controls for the abrasive cylinder, complete deburring assembly, and conveyor, all meticulously managed by advanced inverters to ensure uniform and thorough deburring.
