The first station features a wide belt grinding mechanism, expertly engineered for the removal of large burrs. Meanwhile, the second station boasts an innovative setup of eight abrasive barrels strategically positioned on the head for optimal performance.
Each barrel spins independently while the entire head rotates simultaneously, providing comprehensive deburring on all edges. This dynamic system ensures deep penetration into holes on plates through the advanced effects of high-speed centrifugal grinding, scraping, cutting, and filing.
Our machine excels at removing burrs on both interior and exterior contours while maintaining the precise dimensions of the plate. Equipped with uniquely designed soft abrasive filaments, it targets burr characteristics without altering surface integrity, performing exceptionally well on non-flat surfaces.
