Our machine features an innovative two-station system. The first station employs a robust wide belt grinding mechanism to effectively eliminate large burrs. The second station boasts an array of eight meticulously arranged abrasive barrels on the head, ensuring comprehensive deburring.
Each barrel spins independently while the entire head rotates simultaneously, mastering deburring on all edges and even penetrating deeply into holes on plates. This is achieved through high-speed centrifugal grinding, scraping, cutting, and filing, utilizing abrasive media to deliver exceptional results.
With the SGP1300, both interior and exterior contours are flawlessly deburred, all while maintaining the precise dimensions of each plate. Our unique soft abrasive filaments are tailored to adapt to various burr features, ensuring minimal impact on part surfaces.
