The machine's first station features an advanced wide belt grinding system, adeptly removing large burrs with ease. Meanwhile, the second station boasts a sophisticated head equipped with eight rotating abrasive barrels, ensuring unmatched deburring and edge rounding performance.
Each abrasive barrel not only spins independently but also rotates collectively, delivering a comprehensive deburring solution. This dynamic motion, combined with high-speed centrifugal grinding, scraping, cutting, and filing, ensures meticulous deburring on all edges, even deep within holes on the plates.
Capable of removing burrs from both interior and exterior contours, the SGP1300 guarantees the retention of precise dimensions on every plate. Our uniquely designed soft abrasive filaments effectively counteract burr characteristics, minimizing surface impact and performing exceptionally on non-flat surfaces as well.
Experience even deburring with variable speed control over the abrasive cylinder, deburring assembly, and conveyor, all meticulously managed by inverters for optimal performance.
