At the forefront of its capabilities, the first station utilizes a state-of-the-art wide belt grinding mechanism to seamlessly remove large burrs. Following this, the second station features eight meticulously engineered abrasive barrels mounted on the head for superior performance.
Each of these barrels operates independently while the entire head rotates simultaneously, enabling comprehensive deburring on all edges and deeply within holes on the plates. This is achieved through the high-speed centrifugal action of abrasive media, excelling in grinding, scraping, cutting, and filing.
With unparalleled precision, the machine effectively removes burrs from both interior and exterior contours while safeguarding the exact dimensions of the plates. Our exclusive soft abrasive filaments, designed specifically to tackle the unique characteristics of burrs, ensure minimal impact on part surfaces and exceptional results on non-flat plates.
