Introducing the SGP1300, a state-of-the-art wide belt grinding and planet type deburring machine. Specifically engineered for the fabrication industry, it excels in processing flat plates and milling parts with unparalleled precision.
The first station utilizes an advanced wide belt grinding mechanism designed to effortlessly remove large burrs. The second station is meticulously outfitted with eight high-efficiency abrasive barrels on the rotating head.
Each barrel spins independently while the entire head rotates concurrently. This sophisticated movement enables comprehensive deburring of all edges and deep holes on the plate, powered by the high-speed centrifugal grinding, scraping, cutting, and filing action of the abrasive media.
Our innovative design ensures that burrs on both interior and exterior contours are thoroughly eliminated, preserving the precise dimensions of the plate. Equipped with uniquely flexible abrasive filaments, this machine is gentle on the surface yet highly effective, making it ideal for non-flat plates as well.
The speed of the abrasive cylinder, the entire deburring assembly, and the conveyor is adjustable, providing consistently even deburring, all precisely managed by advanced inverters.
Designed as a dry-type operation machine, it should be used in conjunction with a dust collector to maintain optimal performance and cleanliness.
