• Cutting-edge planetary abrasive barrel station: equipped with four abrasive barrels to comprehensively cover the entire working width. The design ensures that each pair of adjacent barrels rotate in opposite directions, delivering uniform and gentle contact and pressure to all edges, corners, and holes.
• A full-width vacuum conveyor enables the efficient processing of small workpieces, starting from 60x60mm (solid surface area). Essential rollers are superbly balanced, featuring high rotational speed-rated bearings.
• The revolutionary design of the planetary abrasive barrel station primarily targets edges, corners, and holes, applying minimal contact and pressure to flat surfaces. This allows sheets with nylon film to be processed using only the planetary abrasive barrel station.
