• The first workstation features a wide abrasive belt head, expertly designed to efficiently sand down/off larger burrs. Capable of delivering surface finishing such as No.4 finishing, it is equipped with a servo lifting mechanism to guarantee precise height (thickness) adjustments.
• The planetary abrasive barrel station boasts a total of four abrasive barrels covering the entire working width. Ingeniously, each pair of adjacent barrels rotates in opposite directions, ensuring consistent and uniform pressure on all edges, corners, and holes.
• A fully functional, wide vacuum conveyor facilitates the processing of small workpieces, starting from 60x60mm (solid surface area). Essential rollers are perfectly balanced, complemented by high rotational speed-rated bearings to ensure seamless operation.
• The planetary abrasive barrel station is designed to primarily target edges, corners, and holes with minimal pressure on the "flat surface." This unique feature allows processing of sheets with vinyl film (using the planetary abrasive barrel station exclusively).
• Capable of handling minor profiled parts, depending on the shape, form height, and sizes, leveraging the capabilities of the planetary abrasive barrel station exclusively.
