The first station features wide belt grinding, expertly designed for the removal of substantial burrs. The second station boasts eight abrasive barrels, optimizing efficiency and precision.
With each barrel spinning independently while the entire head rotates, the machine ensures thorough deburring on all edges, including intricate holes, using high-speed centrifugal effects, ensuring meticulous scraping, cutting, and filing.
Our advanced machine removes burrs from both interior and exterior contours without compromising precise plate dimensions. Equipped with our uniquely designed soft abrasive filaments, it delicately preserves the surfaces of parts, excelling even on non-flat plates.
The speed of the abrasive cylinder, the complete deburring assembly, and the conveyor are adjustable, ensuring consistent deburring precision, all expertly controlled by inverters.
