• The first workstation features a wide abrasive belt head that efficiently sands down larger burrs. It's adept in surface finishing, such as the No.4 finish. A servo lifting system ensures precise height and thickness adjustment.
• Innovative planetary abrasive barrel station: equipped with four abrasive barrels that comprehensively cover the entire working width. Each pair of adjacent barrels rotates in opposite directions, ensuring consistent and even pressure on all edges, corners, and holes.
• The full working width vacuum conveyor adeptly processes small workpieces, from 60x60mm upwards (solid surface area). Essential rollers are perfectly balanced, featuring high-speed rated bearings for optimal performance.
• The planetary abrasive barrel station expertly targets edges, corners, and holes, applying minimal pressure to flat surfaces. This allows sheets with protective vinyl films to be processed safely (using the planetary abrasive barrel station only).
• Capable of processing finely detailed profiled parts, depending on their shape, height, and size, solely using the planetary abrasive barrel station.
• Consumables boast a long lifespan, significantly reducing the need for frequent replacements.
