Product Description
The SGP1300 is an advanced wide belt grinding and planet type deburring machine, tailor-made for the fabrication industry. It expertly handles flat plate and milling parts, providing unmatched precision and efficiency.
The first station features a wide belt grinding system specifically designed for the swift and effective removal of large burrs, while the second station boasts eight innovative abrasive barrels mounted on its head.
Each barrel rotates independently while the entire head spins simultaneously, ensuring comprehensive deburring on all edges and extending deep into holes on plates. This is achieved through high-speed centrifugal grinding, scraping, cutting, and filing, utilizing advanced abrasive media.
Interior and exterior burrs are eliminated without compromising the precise dimensions of the plate. Equipped with uniquely designed soft abrasive filaments, this machine minimizes impact on part surfaces and excels at working with non-flat plates as well.
The speed of the abrasive cylinder, the entire deburring assembly, and the conveyor are all variable and meticulously controlled by inverters, ensuring consistent and even deburring.
This machine operates with dry type processing and must be paired with a dust collector for optimal performance and cleanliness.
