The first station features a robust wide belt grinding setup, designed to effortlessly eliminate larger burrs. The second station boasts an innovative system with eight dynamic abrasive barrels positioned on the head.
Each barrel independently spins while the entire head rotates, ensuring comprehensive deburring on all edges and intricate areas like hole interiors. This advanced mechanism uses high-speed centrifugal grinding, scraping, cutting, and filing techniques.
The machine adeptly removes burrs from both interior and exterior contours while preserving exact plate dimensions. Equipped with our uniquely designed soft abrasive filaments, it minimally impacts surface integrity, excelling on non-flat surfaces as well.
The machine's abrasive cylinder speed, deburring assembly, and conveyor are all adjustable through advanced inverters, enabling consistent and even deburring results.
