• The first workstation features a wide abrasive belt head, expertly crafted to sand down or remove larger burrs. It possesses the capability for pristine surface finishing, such as No.4 finishing, with a servo lifting system ensuring precise height and thickness adjustment.
• Innovative planetary abrasive barrel station: boasts a total of four abrasive barrels covering the entire working width. Each pair of adjacent barrels rotates in opposite directions, ensuring a consistent and even touch and pressure across all edges, corners, and holes.
• Full-width vacuum conveyor designed for processing small workpieces, as compact as 60x60mm and larger (solid surface area). Each roller is expertly balanced and equipped with high-speed rated bearings.
• Unique working nature of the planetary abrasive barrel station targets primarily on edges, corners, and holes with minimal touch or pressure on "flat surfaces". Thus, sheets with vinyl film can be efficiently processed (using the planetary abrasive barrel station exclusively).
• Adaptable for processing minor profiled parts, contingent on the shape, form height, and sizes, exclusively using the planetary abrasive barrel station.
