The first station is a robust wide belt grinding type, meticulously designed for the efficient removal of substantial burrs. Following this, the second station features an innovative head equipped with eight dynamic abrasive barrels.
These barrels spin independently while the entire head rotates, allowing for comprehensive deburring on all edges and even deep within holes on the plate. This is achieved through a high-speed centrifugal process that involves grinding, scraping, cutting, and filing with precision.
With the SGP1300, both interior and exterior contour burrs are meticulously removed while maintaining the precise dimensions of your plates. Our exclusive design includes soft abrasive filaments to tackle burrs effortlessly, making it ideal for non-flat plates as well, affecting minimal surface alteration.
The machine allows for variable speed control of the abrasive cylinders, deburring assembly, and conveyor, all regulated by advanced inverters to achieve consistently even deburring across all surfaces.
Operated as a dry type machine, the SGP1300 requires a dust collector to ensure a clean and efficient workspace environment.
