The SGP1300 is a state-of-the-art wide belt grinding and planet-type deburring machine, expertly designed for the fabrication industry. It's the ultimate solution for processing flat plates and milling parts with precision and efficiency.
The first station features a powerful wide belt grinding mechanism that effortlessly removes large burrs. The second station boasts eight dynamic abrasive barrels ingeniously mounted on the head for comprehensive finishing.
Each barrel spins independently while the entire head rotates, ensuring thorough deburring on all edges and deep into plate holes, thanks to the high-speed centrifugal grinding, scraping, cutting, and filing actions of the abrasive media.
Interior and exterior contour burrs are meticulously removed while maintaining the plate's precise dimensions. Our uniquely designed soft abrasive filaments are engineered to adapt to burr features, ensuring minimal impact on surface integrity, making it ideal for non-flat plates as well.
The speed of the abrasive cylinder, the entire deburring assembly, and the conveyor is effortlessly adjustable for uniform deburring, all controlled by advanced inverters for optimum performance.
This machine operates as a dry-type system and should be used in conjunction with a dust collector to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
