Each barrel spins independently while the head rotates simultaneously, allowing for thorough deburring across all edges and even deep within holes on the plate. Leveraging high-speed centrifugal grinding, scraping, cutting, and filing, this machine ensures superior finish quality.
Burrs on both interior and exterior contours are meticulously removed, ensuring the original dimensions of the plate remain intact. Our exclusive soft abrasive filaments are designed to precisely counteract burr characteristics, making this machine ideal for non-flat plates while minimizing surface impact.
