The SGP1300 is an advanced wide belt grinding and planetary deburring machine, specifically engineered for the fabrication industry, ideally suited for refining flat plates and milling components with precision.
The first station employs a wide belt grinding mechanism, expertly designed to eliminate large burrs with ease. Meanwhile, the second station boasts an innovative setup with eight abrasive barrels strategically placed on the head.
Each barrel independently spins while the entire head rotates, enabling comprehensive deburring on all edges and penetrating deeply into holes on plates. This is achieved through the high-speed centrifugal actions of grinding, scraping, cutting, and filing with abrasive media.
Both interior and exterior contours of components are meticulously cleaned of burrs, while maintaining the precision dimensions of the plates. This machine is outfitted with our uniquely designed soft abrasive filaments, tailored to combat burr characteristics effectively. Consequently, it minimally impacts the part's surface, excelling even on non-flat plates.
The operation speed of the abrasive cylinder, deburring assembly, and conveyor can be variably adjusted for consistent deburring, all controlled seamlessly by inverters.
Designed for dry operations, this machine should ideally be coupled with a dust collector to ensure optimal performance and environment cleanliness.
