Introducing the SGP1300, an exceptional wide belt grinding and planet-type deburring machine, skillfully crafted for the fabrication industry. Specifically designed for flat plates and milling parts, this machine offers unrivaled efficiency and precision.
The first station is ingeniously equipped with a wide belt grinding mechanism for effective removal of significant burrs. Meanwhile, the second station boasts eight abrasive barrels on its head, ensuring comprehensive deburring.
Each barrel spins independently while the entire head rotates simultaneously. This allows for thorough deburring on all edges and within holes on plates, utilizing the high-speed centrifugal grinding, scraping, cutting, and filing of abrasive media.
Interior and exterior contour burrs are meticulously removed, all while maintaining the plate's precise dimensions. Our unique, soft abrasive filaments are specially designed to match the characteristics of the burr, ensuring minimal impact on the surface of parts. This machine demonstrates exceptional performance even on non-flat plates.
For consistent and uniform deburring, the speed of the abrasive cylinder, the entire deburring assembly, and the conveyor can be adjusted via inverters, offering precision control.
As a dry-type operation machine, it is designed to work seamlessly with a dust collector, ensuring a clean and efficient workspace.
