Each barrel independently spins while the entire head rotates, offering comprehensive edge deburring and deep hole cleaning through high-speed centrifugal grinding, scraping, cutting, and filing, ensuring precision and efficiency.
Capable of removing burrs from both interior and exterior contours while retaining exact dimensions, our machine utilizes specially designed soft abrasive filaments to adapt to bur features. This results in minimal impact on part surfaces, excelling even on non-flat plates.
With variable speed control for the abrasive cylinder, the entire deburring assembly, and the conveyor, all managed by state-of-the-art inverters, this machine ensures uniform and consistent deburring results.
