SGP1300 DEBURRING, EDGE ROUNDING, AND SURFACE FINISHING MACHINE FOR LASER CUTTING PARTS
Introducing the SGP1300, a powerhouse in deburring technology, this wide belt grinding and planet type machine is a game-changer for the fabrication industry, specifically engineered for flat plate and milling parts.
The first station employs a robust wide belt grinding mechanism designed for the efficient removal of substantial burrs, while the second station features an innovative setup with eight dynamic abrasive barrels.
Each barrel independently spins while the entire head rotates, offering comprehensive edge deburring and deep hole cleaning through high-speed centrifugal grinding, scraping, cutting, and filing, ensuring precision and efficiency.
Capable of removing burrs from both interior and exterior contours while retaining exact dimensions, our machine utilizes specially designed soft abrasive filaments to adapt to bur features. This results in minimal impact on part surfaces, excelling even on non-flat plates.
With variable speed control for the abrasive cylinder, the entire deburring assembly, and the conveyor, all managed by state-of-the-art inverters, this machine ensures uniform and consistent deburring results.
Optimized for dry type operations, this machine is best paired with a dust collector for efficient and clean performance.
